This place is FANTASTIC!!! My fiance'and I split the 20 ounce burger and an order of fried onions rings! It was more than enough food for us both. The service is fast and friendly! Please give this place a try! You will not be disappointed! I promise!

Excellent burgers! I stopped going years ago because the old owners didn't cook the burgers all the way. I hate raw hamburger. Once I saw they had new owners, I tried it again and it is one of the best burgers you can get anywhere. They serve beer but there isn't much atmosphere. Maybe a jukebox with 50's rock would help, since they have a 50's kind of theme going anyway. The prices are fair and the service is good,

Seriously best customer service! And the food is so good! Mama is awesome she took care of us made sure we were enjoying our meal! The cashier even checked one us! We drove from phoenix to come back! Had to bring the family this time.

Truly trying to support local restaurants right now, but we paid 30$ for two burgers they were soggy and terrible!! Very disappointed!

Good food. Burgers were cooked through properly and tasted great. Fries and chips were crisp and not too oily.Bad service, though. Waited 5 minutes+ for ready food because the cashier had to take 2 orders and answer a phone call instead of just giving us the bag.

They make the burgers to order. Which is a major plus. My husband said his was good. I had the vegie burger and it was way overcooked. That happens a lot with non-meat burgers. They just dont need nearly as much time to cook

Absolutely the best burgers and service is awesome. Kind of like popping in at a friend's house for lunch. Pay attention to menu cuz when they say '10 ounces' they are not kidding! Great deal on a shared burger meal. And their homemade chili is SO good! Very popular with locals so you may find a line at peak times.

The best burger I have found in Prescott. I love the charbroiled flavor. The 7oz burger is good for me, but they have larger sized burgers as well. The fries are good. One time they were too heavily salted. The homemade chips are good too. Their seasoned mayo is also good. I tried the fish and chips. Their fish is not good. I haven’t ordered a hot dog yet. The staff is always very friendly, I always tip when paying with my card. The eat in area is small but ample. It is always very clean, so it doesn’t classify as a ‘hole in the wall’. The ambiance is comfortable and casual. The owners/managers seem to really care about their business. I’m a rock music fan, but ya can’t help but love the old school country music classics playing in the background. The same music my mom used to listen to in the 1960’s when I was a young boy. I give it my full 5 star recommendation.

The burgers at Brown Bag Burger are indeed Best of the Best especially since I had it my way, with pepperjack cheese, green chilies, lettuce, red onions, tomato, but no pickles! The bun is perfect for my tastes. They provided a chipotle sauce that I dipped my fries in. The fries were crisp out of the fryer. The cashier was friendly and personable. The cook brought out my plate. They serve soup here. Today's special was the meatball marinara soup. Country music is pleasantly playing. Don't worry about parking (there is plenty of it) or call your order in. The frozen yogurt place next door gives you a discount if you show them your Brown Bag Burger receipt.

Where else can you get a 20 oz burger. It's OK. Not a bad burger but not exceptional. The meat was not seasoned very well and although asking for it to be cooked medium rare it was done well and kind of dry. My wife enjoyed the Turkey burger saying it was tasty and juicy. The shakes were very nice.

Their burger is a good burger. Nothing fancy, just a really good burger. It was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The price is pretty good too. The 20 oz burger is a lot. It's fun to see if you can finish it.

The lady was horrible who took our order. Not a friendly environment. Hopefully she gets laid soon so her business doesn’t fall apart. Thanks for the experience for a juicy burger with excellence at poor customer service.

Great place for a Burger and a Beer and or shake/malts. Great prices, burgers come standard in a whopping 5 different sizes, from kids 4 oz all the way up to a whopping 20 OZ PATTY! additional toppings are extra per item. Atmosphere is great and diner-like. Cook is really nice! Great Happy Hour on beer too. Like you hear on the radio, COME HUNGRY!

I love this place. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed. Vegan burgers are available and at a decent price. I haven't had a chance to try them yet, but a couple of long time vegans says it's the best they have ever had. The chipotle ranch dip for the fries is excellent, and the burgers are amazing.

Burgers are delicious and cooked to order. Love that you can select how many ounces you want your burger. You can also get Turkey burger substitute. Staff was nice, place was a bit small on the inside so if you want to sit and eat go at a non busy time.

I visited here for the first time today and I am beyond satisfied. That was the most amazing burger & fries I've probably ever had. What's even better , is how decently priced it was. Definitely coming back!

Wow! The hamburger was delicious! BUT the Vegan burger is actually so tasty that as much as I love hamburgers, I'm getting the vegan burger next time. The one bite I had left me wishing I got one...even though my burger was so good. Seriously the recipe for the Vegan burger is beyond description! The staff is helpful and friendly. Cute atmosphere. Clean. Hmmm. Maybe I can get the hamburger for lunch and the vegan burger for dinner next time I'm up in Prescott!

Burger is delicious, fries are fresh and tasty and the fact that they are open for dine-in and another great burger joint in Prescott is not made for an easy decision to dine here.

This is a really good place for a burger and hot dog. The chili cheese dog with onions is super delicious...it's brought out open face with a fork and knife. The burgers are very tasty as well. They have fries, onion rings and more sides. Both the fries and onion rings are scrumptious. I highly recommend Brown Bag Burger, so go and enjoy.

It's pretty good. Tasty food and decent service. I would go again, not necessarily make a specific trip for it, but as a viable alternative when nothing else fits the budget or just isn't appealing.

We found this hidden gem while getting lost and looking for a place to eat. The food was really good. When we too our first bite of the burger, we instantly could taste the amazing quality of the beef. No extra sauce required. Onion rings, regular and sweet potato fries were really good too. We'll be hitting up this place again next time we are in town.

To start off, the hospitality is superb; classic American decor, classic country music, and genuine service. "Moma", the manager is sweet and very timely with all needs; cleaning, topping off drinks, etc. For one woman, she is a one man army if you couldn't see the 'behind the scenes', the other Employees are obviously following her lead. The burger was a delicious example of early diner food. Not to mention the chili cheese fries were whole, unlike the usual fast food chain chili cheese fries, which remain separated chili from fries. Happy hour is the icing on the cake, as for two draft 16 oz. Coors I paid 4.00 dollars. Can't beat this place, it is an iconic Wyatt Earp Saloon for the town of Prescott, Arizona.

Very tasty burger with a burger size (by weight) for every appetite. It is in a strip mall so it is a small space. The Onion rings were also very good!

Best burger in town! Very kid friendly! It's not pricey at all, it's about the same price as a normal fast food joint. The difference here is the quality and people. They wanna see you. These folks really care about what they serve ya! I love you brown bag!!!

Had a 20 oz. burger with cheddar, onion rings, house made kettle chips, and a caramel malt. Wow! Really stellar onion rings, house made chips have Parmesan and are addictive! Would recommend getting the chips, just because you get so many. The burger is quite good, fairly juicy. Malt has excellent flavor and was filled to the brim!What really gets me about this place is the service! Absolutely the sweetest people there!The price....maybe I wouldn't go there every day, but it's a great treat every once and a while. If you haven't been there yet, I would recommend it!

I would have given 5 stars, but it is just so pricey. Food was fantastic. Awesome dipping sauces too! My burger was cooked through more than I like, but to be fair, I didn't ask if I could specify. By the time I had fries, a shake, & 7 oz patty with cheese and bacon, it was $16. Everything you add to the burger is an up charge. I can understand bacon, but nearly a dollar for a slice of American cheese feels steep. I left stuffed but light in the wallet. I'd still go back, but not as often as I would if I liked the price more.

It was VERY GOOD . I will be going there more often .The burger was the BEST HOMEMADE BURGER -the HOMEMADE CHILI was to die for- the staff could not have been any better .
